My career in financial services started 1993 at Smith Barney. In 1994, by chance I attended a lunch with an advisor from Los Angeles branch of Smith Barney who was speaking on a subject called pointe and figure charting. During the meeting I discovered that there is an approach to taking control of ones investments not by what some analyst or economist thinks might happen but allow the supply and demand of a particular investment to answer that question for itself. As I realized if everything these experts were saying were true then it should be reflected in the price of the investment. Using these methods, I am able to measure, manage, and mitigate investment risk. In fact, this process helped avoid the technology downturn of 2001 and the 2008 market melt down.
In my spare time I like to be with family and friends.
